INTERNSHIP
Are you looking for an adventure in 2026? We offer an international internship from January to April at our own accommodation in Germany. The duration is a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Discover your calling, develop your own vision, and grow in faith and character. Live together in our community and use your gifts and talents to contribute to our accommodation. You’ll participate in practical duties in our guesthouse, such as working in the restaurant, kitchen/catering, management, marketing or maintenance team. In your free time, you can enjoy the beautiful nature. Enjoy hiking, cycling, and the magnificent ski resorts in the mountains. You are welcome from 18 years old. Commitment, dedication, and a small contribution towards housing and food are required. Are you ready for a new adventure and do you want to grow in faith and character in a save enviroment? Then apply for an internship in early 2026.

EVENTS
Are you a church, ministry or christian organization looking to organize an activity in Germany or abroad? A youth/teenage camp, a evangelism outreach, or a challenging character-building weekend? We’re happy to help you set up the activity at the perfect location. We’re glad to help! Our group accommodations offer space to accommodate your group and provide a comprehensive program with our own kitchen and restaurant. TRAINING
Do you long to grow in faith and to serve in God’s Kingdom? You can! We offer practical tools to help you walk in your calling and destiny! We offer a three-month international full-time training school focused on supporting individuals, couples, and families. We do this by equipping believers and helping them grow in character and faith. Our schools are focused on fostering faith growth, walking in your calling, and character development. The international full-time ministry school starts in April 2026 and is a full-time Bible school for all ages! The Kingdom Military Academy will start in September 2026. This international leadership school is for new leaders who want to develop their leadership, calling, character, and faith. View the school here. We believe that in and through this home, many people will find God’s joy for themselves and those around them! A place where you can serve God in His Kingdom and share life with others. That’s why we named our building “JOYN.” Here, you will be edified, encouraged, and equipped to do what you are called to do. At JOYN, we achieve this by creating our own community, organizing various events, retreats, courses, and a full-time training school. We invite other believers to join this community to share life together, equip themselves, and grow in character and faith.

Our History
Training & Education
After attending Bible and evangelism school in the Netherlands and America in 2008, Robert and Isabelle Bron have been active as evangelists in various countries in Europe for a number of years. In Norway they helped lead an evangelism school for a number of years. Dozens of outreaches they have led in different places in Scandinavia and in other countries of Europe such as Germany, Austria, Spain and England. But also in Eastern Europe (Latvia, Albania and Romania) they have accompanied and organized several mission trips.
Evangelization & Mission
In Germany, Robert and Isabelle were able to lead in a local church for several years and expand the evangelistic work. By organizing missionary events and activities for the church, low-threshold church ministries and setting up a community center. With their then ministry called “Hope to Europe,” they made and organized many evangelism and mission trips for teenagers and young people. They have also had the opportunity to help other churches and ministries in the Netherlands and Europe organize missionary activities, evangelism schools, events and mission trips. They were also active outside of Europe in countries such as Liberia, South Africa, Burkina-Faso and Pakistan, setting up several large-scale evangelistic campaigns.
Theology and Pastorate
Meanwhile, Robert and Isabelle have been living in the Netherlands with their 5 children for several years. There, after completing their “Bachelor of Theology,” they have been working as pastors at a local church in Ede and as interim pastors in The Hague. Their vision was to mobilize the local church to open doors to people in society.
